Very nice and new apartment. 2 rooms, big bathroom and big...I mean, BIG terace. Everthing that you need it's in the place. Fulll options as equipment. The Sea and the beach is in proximity,3-5 minutes to walk. YAou have also shops, a butcher shop with turkey fresh meat, for barbeque, its in the front of the property.The Bothanical Garden it's also in proximity. You may see it from terace.Good view to the hills and nice garden in the courtyard. The owner is a very nice man and his dog, Rex will stay around of you just if you like him. I stayed in Batumi for 1 month, but this place is the best for my taste.
Everything it's nice in Georgia and Batumi. Batumi is like a "little Dubai", with affordable prices and good products, good food, very nice people....You may stay here for months. I already have 42 days here. So, xome and visit these places!
